LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING
OCTOBER 8TH, 2004
Whereas it is in the interest of the parties to increase the
number of bricklayer apprentices and the quality of their
training.
Therefore the parties agree to establish a joint committee
within 90 days of ratification to consider the scope of work
and the hourly limitation contained within the above noted
articles and to make recommendation with regards to any
changes for consideration by the parties.
