ARTICLE 11 - WELFARE AND PENSION
11.01 Welfare
The Employer agrees to contribute for welfare to Local Union 837
Benefit Plan at the rate provided in Article 10.01 of this Schedule for each
hour worked by each employee covered by this Agreement. Such
contribution shall be paid to the Trustees of the Welfare Fund by the
sixteenth (16th) day of the month following the month such hours were
worked and shall be accompanied by a remittance report form for each
employee on a form prescribed by the Trustees of the Fund.
Each monthly report and contributions shall include all
obligations arising from hours worked up to the close of the Employer's
payroll ending nearest to the last day of the preceding calendar month.
11.02 Pension
The Employer agrees to contribute for pensions to the Labourers'
Pension Fund of Central and Eastern Canada at the rate provided for in
Article 10.01 of this Schedule for each hour worked by each employee
covered by this Agreement. Such contributions shall be paid to the
Trustees of the Pension Fund by the sixteenth (16th) day of the month
following the month such hours were worked and shall be accompanied
by a remittance report form for each employee on a form prescribed by the
Trustees of the Fund. Each monthly report and contributions shall include
all obligations arising from hours worked up to the close of the Employer's
payroll ending nearest to the last day of the preceding month.
11.03 Training & Building
The Employer agrees to contribute to the Labourers' Local 837
Training & Building Fund at the rate provided for in Article 10.01 of this
Schedule for each hour worked by each employee covered by this
