LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING – ENABLING
As per Article 20 amending the master portion, the Local 625
employers and employee parties will effect reasonable steps to ensure the
survival and growth of the labourer market share. To that end, employers
may request a project to be enabled by submitting an “Enabling Request
Form” in its entirety to the Windsor Construction Association (WCA) not
later than five (5) business days prior to project closing time. WCA shall
forward the request to L.U. 625. L.U. 625 must respond to the WCA not
less than three (3) business days prior to tender closing. WCA shall
advise all known bidders and Local 625 signatory sub-contractors of the
agreed or disagreed terms of enabling request.
