two (2) hours beyond the normal quitting time of the shift, he shall be
allowed a coffee break at approximately 4:30 p.m. at no lost time.
(2) When an employee is to be continually employed for more than two
(2) hours beyond the normal time of the shift, he shall be allowed a reasonable
lunch break at no lost time and a meal allowance of four dollars ($4.00).
4.03 Scheduled Overtime
(1) When an employee is called upon to work overtime, he will be
allowed a reasonable lunch break at approximately 4:30 p.m. at no lost time.
(2) All overtime premium pay are to follow the provisions of
Articles 2.02(a), 2.02(b), and 2.02(c).
4.04 Work performed on a Sunday or a holiday (as defined in the Master
Portion of this Agreement), shall be paid for at double (2x) the regular rate
applicable.
ARTICLE 5 - SHIFT WORK
5.01 Regular rates of pay will be paid for the shift commencing
between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Any other shifts commencing outside of the time period indicated in this
Article, shall include a shift premium of one-eighth (1/8th) of a regular
time hourly rate added to each hour worked.
5.02 A shift premium of one-eighth (1/8th) of the regular time hourly
rate shall be added to each hour worked, when being requested to work
shift work on Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays.
