ARTICLE 12 - WELFARE, VACATION PAY,
ADMINISTRATION AND UNION
DUES, PENSION, HEALTH AND
SAFETY, AND TRI-FUND
12.01 The Employer agrees to contribute to the following Funds:
12.02 The Employer agrees to contribute to the L.I.U.N.A. Local 527
Labourers Benefit Health and Safety Trust Fund the above mentioned
contributions to the L.I.U.N.A., Local 527 Labourers Benefit Health and
Safety Trust Fund for each hour worked by each employee covered by
Appendix "A" of this Schedule.
