ARTICLE 17 - INTERPRETATION OF AGREEMENT
17.01 Where there is a conflict between this Schedule and any other
provision of the Provincial Agreement, then the provisions of this
Schedule shall apply.
ARTICLE 18 - WAGE RATES AND
CLASSIFICATIONS
18.01 It is understood that a “Construction Craft Worker” is a qualified
Journeyman Labourer in accordance with Article 26 of the Master portion
of this Agreement, having completed all safety related training and a
minimum of 4500 hours on the job, and having passed the test
administered by the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities.
