ARTICLE 15 - CONSTRUCTION CRAFT WORKER
APPRENTICES
15.01 The Union shall ensure that all C.C.W Apprentices complete a
safety and basic training course at the Union's Training Centre prior to
starting work for any Employer.
15.02 C.C.W Apprentices shall be paid at the following rates:
15.03 The ratio of C.C.W Apprentices to labourers shall be one (1) C.C.W
Apprentice for the first four (4) labourers and an additional trainee for
every five (5) labourers thereafter.
ARTICLE 16 - JOINT COMMITTEE
16.01 The parties agree to establish during the life of this Agreement a joint
committee to review problems relating to this schedule, should they occur.
