("OMCA")
RE: JOB TARGETING – MASONRY RESTORATION
1.
It is understood and agreed by the Union, Local 527, and OMCA
that it is the intent of the parties to take all necessary steps
through job targeting to ensure the survival and orderly growth of
the organized masonry construction industry, and specifically
masonry restoration work and the role of Mason Tenders in the
industry.
2.
In recognition of this understanding, it is agreed that when there is
a Masonry Restoration project in the ICI sector that is being
tendered where there is a non-union contractor or contractor bound
to a competing union with terms and conditions more favourable
