("Union")

ONTARIO MASONRY CONTRACTORS ASSOCIATION
("OMCA")
RE: EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS
WHEREAS
the Union and OMCA agreed to terms and conditions for
masonry restoration work;
NOW THEREFORE,
the parties agree as follows:
1.
No one employed by an employer as of May 1, 2013 shall be forced
by that employer to work under the Masonry Restoration terms and
conditions.
