Article 7 (c) states the following

As of May 1, 2016 Employers shall be responsible for making sure their current Employees have the requisite training. In addition, as of May 1, 2016 the Local Union shall be responsible for making sure that their union members have the requisite and current general industry training (including but not limited to Fall Arrest, WHMIS, Five Point Hazard Awareness) as as of April 1, 2017 Working at Heights and shall not refer any member for employment without such training. This obligation does not apply to site-specific training including but not limited to confined-space certification.

Once a Provincial Remittance form has been submitted, it cannot be retracted or corrected. The website administrator needs to be contacted to delete the remittance so another can be submitted, or a second remittance can be sent if additional information needs to be sent.

Choose the Local where the work is being completed, not the Local where the company is located.
A seperate Project Start needs to be submitted for the Bricklayers' Union and the Labourers' Union.

Upon any changes to an account, the account immediately becomes inactive until the website administrator approves the changes and reactivates the account.

For BACU and OPC rates, they have been omitted from the Collective Agreements and currrent, approved rates can be found on the Collective Agreement page under Rate Tables.

LIUNA rate schedules were included in the LIUNA Collective Agreement under the Mason Tender Appendix, but for the most current rates, please visit the Rate Tables.
