ARTICLE 7 - APPRENTICES
7.01 Wages shall be calculated as follows according to the
journeyman's rate:
1st year
- 50%
2nd year
- 60%
3rd year
- 70%
4th year
- 85%
7.02 On successful completion of the apprenticeship period of four (4)
years, the employee shall receive the journeyman's pay then in effect.
