schedule for local 607 shall also apply to the following geographic area:
That portion of the District of Cochrane east of the 83rd parallel of
longitude and north of the 49th parallel of latitude, excluding any part of
Board Area 19 (the area within an 81 kilometres or approximately 50 mile
radius of the Timmins Federal Building) which for greater certainty includes
that area along Highway 11 between Smooth Rock Falls in the east and
Opasatika in the west, including Kapuskasing and the entire area north.
