LOCAL UNION SCHEDULE FOR
LOCAL 183 - TORONTO
ARTICLE 1 - PILE DRIVING, ETC.
1.01 The rates and other individual employee working conditions for
construction labourers engaged in pile driving, caisson and lagging
operations which are set out in the Collective Agreement between Local
Union 183 and The Heavy Construction Association of Toronto, are hereby
incorporated into and form part of this Schedule.
ARTICLE 2 - LANDSCAPING
2.01 The rates and other individual employee working conditions for
construction labourers engaged in landscaping which are set out in the
prevailing Collective Agreement between Local Union 183 and
Landscaping Employers, are hereby incorporated into and form part of
this Schedule.
ARTICLE 3 - SEWERS AND WATERMAINS
3.01 The rates and other individual employee working conditions for
construction labourers engaged in sewers, watermains and drains
construction which are set out in the Collective Agreement between Local
Union 183 and The Metropolitan Toronto Sewer and Watermain Contractors'
Association, are hereby incorporated into and form part of this Schedule.
